You will get the corresponding after-sales service when you purchase and use Hangdi water purification appliances series products; for your rights, please read the following terms carefully;
1. From the date of purchase, if the product fails due to manufacturing quality problems within one year, you can get free repairs with the purchase receipt and warranty card.

2. If the product is damaged immediately out of the box, please contact the relevant seller.

3. In one of the following situations, it is not covered by the warranty, but repairs can be charged:
1) Damage caused by improper use, storage and handling.
2) The use environment does not meet the product requirements and causes malfunctions.
3) The warranty period has expired or there is no warranty certificate and valid bill.
4) The warranty certificate does not match the actual repaired product, or is altered.
5) Damage or malfunction caused by irresistible factors (such as fire, earthquake, etc.).
6) Damage caused by other non-product manufacturing quality problems.
